Nancy has a proven track record of structuring companies to manage the challenges of rapid growth. With her 30-years of managing global organizations in rapidly developing markets, Shemwell is recognized in the industry as a truly transformational executive. In addition to her role at Trilogy, Ms. Shemwell will continue to serve as COO of the Internet of Things Community. The IoT Community is the world's largest collection of senior business leaders and IoT practitioners with over 23,000 members.
Nancy has held several executive positions in major technology companies. She was CEO for Vericlave, Multi-link, and Jovial Test Equipment, COO and co-owner of DataSpan, and EVP at Symmetricom and Extreme Networks. Prior to that, she had a 16-year career with Nortel Networks where she held titles of Division President and various EVP roles.
